How to Move House in Paralives
Moving house in Paralives isn’t the most intuitive thing. Depending on what life sims you have experience with, you’re likely used to using your character’s phone to open up a real estate menu or using the computer to find a new place to live. Currently, in this first state of Early Access, your Para’s phone has limited uses, and none of the few options it can manage are real estate related.
To move to a new house, either scroll out so you can see the neighbourhood properly or press “M” to bring you to the map. From here, you can look around and try to find a new home. If you see a symbol of a white house in an orange circle hovering over a building, it means a family already lives there. In contrast, houses or land for purchase will have the symbol of a white house in a blue circle, with the words “For Sale” hovering over the top of it.

From this point, clicking on the blue circle will let you know the square metres of the place, how many beds and baths it has, and if you can even afford it. Most houses generally range from approximately 25,000 to roughly 50,000 paradimes. Land goes for much cheaper, usually about 3,000 paradimes, depending on location.

Happy virtual house hunting!
