The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales Perks

So you went ahead and preordered The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales like I did, meaning you will get some bonuses with your game. I am picking mine up on the Nintendo Switch 2, so I receive Elliot’s Departure Pack that includes the Departure Brooch accessory and attack up magicite for your sword; these should give Elliot an edge when you begin the game. The thing is, this isn’t the only bonus you can get for your adventure: if you have save data on your console from other Square Enix titles, you get some other perks.

Here are the save data bonuses for each of the titles: 

• OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0, you receive the Guidance of the Sacred Flame sword magicite, which increases the sword damage you deal by 10% to enemies with 30% or lower vitality.

• DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake gives you the Critical Hit sword magicite that increases your sword’s critical-hit rate by six%. 

• BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster nets you the Brave magicite for your sword. This item will increase the damage dealt by your sword by 10%.  

• VARIOUS DAYLIFE, you receive the sword magicite “Expeditionary Wisdom”, which will reduce your sword charge time by 10%.

• TRIANGLE STRATEGY gives you the Counter Stance sword magicite, which increases the amount of damage the sword deals by 10% when your shield stamina is 90%.

• Trials of Mana will give you the Laurentian Plumage. Having these ornamental and beautiful feathers in your possession will make you have a special encounter in town. 

The best thing is that the demo versions may fulfil the bonus eligibility requirement needed, which is great if you don’t already own the game or if you have it on a different console.  

Keep in mind that if your save data is on the original Nintendo Switch and the game is on the Switch 2, you need to transfer that data to the consoles you are playing on. Same thing for the PlayStation 4, the data needs to be moved over to the PlayStation 5.

If you haven’t had a chance to check out all these games before The Adventure of Elliot: The Millennium Tales releases, it’s okay, as the save data bonuses may be claimed at any point in time. 

So while you are waiting for The Adventure of Elliot: The Millennium Tales to come out, it’s worth checking out as many of these Square Enix games as you can. You never know, you might find a bunch of other games to add to your must-play list!
