Aethermancer's The Full Fusion Update is Available Now!
Developed by moi rai games (known for Monster Sanctuary) and published by offbrand games, Aethermancer is an Early Access roguelite creature collector. In the latest update, called the Full Fusion, the team added tons of new content, including a new playable class! Let's talk about it all.
Starting off, players won't be able to choose the Aether Alchemist off the get-go: the class unlocks after the first time beating Chernobog. Once that is done, it becomes available to switch into at Pilgrim's Rest before the next run! The Alchemist has four new class-specific meta upgrades.
This new playable class comes with the ability to perform Monster Infusion, which alters creatures by replacing their Signature Traits, Types, and Elements! This opens up a realm of seemingly endless possibilities.

At Monster Shrines, Souls can be spent to perform a Rebirth or a Monster Infusion; the latter is how players will be able to replace attributes, and it has no limit. The caveat is that each Infusion adds Corruption!
This works well to force synergies, improve Elemental coverage, optimise the player's favourite team, or simply experiment to create the strongest team possible!
There are two new Monsters for players to look forward to, Dullahan and Eidos & Eidolon. The former is an alternative Champion that works well for defensive Shield- and Tank-focused parties; it offers interactions with Affliction and Purge. It awaits players at the Forbidden Fortress!

Its Signature Trait is Bane of the Living, which is an Aura that causes one Bane to apply to any attacker that damages an ally's shield for every three damage dealt. Once 13 or more stacks are reached, Reaper can be used.
Eidos & Eidolon are two Monsters that work as a heavy support-focused addition to parties with powerful attacks. Eidos can buff allies, and Eidolon can access consumed buff stacks and bring them back from the afterlife!
Eidolon's Signature Trait allows it to store consumed buffs from allies (except Redirect or Cooking) as a dormant copy on Eidos to a limit of seven. Once it reaches the max, Eidos can use Awaken!

Worthiness has been uncapped now! While Level V used to be the limit before, now Monsters can continue to level up infinitely, offering Aether Crystals each time.
