Age of Wonders: Planetfall Announcement Trailer

Age of Wonders: Planetfall is the newest turn-based strategy game from Triumph Studios , a development company from The Netherlands known for other titles in the Age of Wonders series, as well as the Overlord games.

This new title, Planetfall, is about remnants of a long-decimated space empire rebuilding and expanding on their homeworld, all the while coming across other tribes of humans and the world's other, native inhabitants.

While the announcement trailer doesn't offer much aside from some pre-rendered footage and a few seconds of gameplay, the description reports the game's features, including building a civilization, fighting and/or negotiating with enemies, the ability to compete against friends, and procedurally-generated maps. The game is set to release some time in 2019.
