Angry Birds Transformers Announced

First there was Angry Birds, then Angry Birds Seasons, then tie-in Angry Birds Rio, THEN Angry Birds Space, Star Wars, Friends, Star Wars II, Go!, Epic - now... Now...! NOW...! NOW!

Transformers. Yes, the Robots in Disguise are now Birds Disguised as Robots in Disguise. 

It will be released sometime this summer - most likely in the coming weeks with the Transformers Age of Extinction movie release - and be available for iOS and Android. It will feature your favourite Autobirds and Deceptihogs:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Grimlock, Megatron and Starscream. Hasbro have also announced that there will be associated Telepods - the little Skylanders-esque toys you can put on your phone screen to gain special powers.

There will be more coming, if the promotional images are anything to go by. And it's clear they took their inspiration from the 2006 DVD release of a certain The Movie...
