Blades of Fire Releases on Steam with Launch Trailer and Version 2.0

The official launch for MercurySteam and 505 Games' Blades of Fire has come! A year since its Epic Games exclusive launch, we have finally received the opportunity to enjoy the epic action-adventure title on gamers' preferred platform, Steam.

In a world where metal turns to stone, players take on the role of the last blacksmith able to forge true steel — Aran de Lira. Embark on a journey of mastering various weapons, forging your own armaments, and engaging with massive bosses in soulslike-esque combat.

Alongside the Steam release is the Version 2.0 launch of Blades of Fire, which brings a lot of exciting features to the release. It's a whole new experience from its original launch one year ago, which brings highly requested features, additional content, and more.

Here's what's new in Version 2.0

• New Photo Mode to capture your journey.
• New Anvil Trials, which allow players to refight bosses and earn Arcana for it (additional in-game modifiers).
• A new Titanium difficulty alongside New Game +,bringing new content for the re-experience of the narrative.
• Quality-of-life features like Transmutation to convert excess materials to the ones needed.
