Check Out A Void Hope's Release Trailer and Information

If you're looking for a new mystery to solve, check out A Void Hope, an atmospheric narrative-driven adventure! No one remembers why it is that the city began collapsing and its people becoming tormented, former shelves of themselves, but reality and nightmares are beginning to blur.

This short title will pair up great with a cold, rainy night or a lazy Sunday afternoon, as it can be completed within a few hours. The story follows a couple who are working hard to find the reason behind everyone's memory problems. But we gamers know it's never that easy, as you'll need to solve tons of puzzles along the way while you explore the abandoned buildings in the sadly collapsing city.

By the end of the game, you'll be acquainted with the area, as some of the puzzles will have you looking around for certain items, and you might learn a thing or two about how to avoid conflict, as A Void Hope isn't about shoot-outs. On the contrary, your goal is to unwind threats and avoid further problems!

Elder Pixel went all-out on the graphics, really bringing the retro out in its retro-inspired tag. The pixelated graphics are very reminiscent of the earlier years of gaming, which pair up very well in a short adventure like this one! And you'll find a lot of nostalgia, even outside of the style, as you might recognise several of the team's members, such as synthwave artist Waveshaper, who worked on Furi's theme; Audio Designer Christian Björklund, who worked on Little Nightmares; and Frida Windelhed's narrative, who is a science fiction and horror writer!

Make sure to check out the game's release date trailer for a deeper look, and stay tuned for the release and more information! Who knows, you might find your first clue to solving the mystery in the YouTube video.

A Void Hope will make its way to Switch and PC on the 29th of February 2024.
