Classic Point and Click Game Monkey Island Returns in 2022

Well who could have expected this? Mighty pirate Guybrush Threepwood is back with a brand new adventure: Return to Monkey Island!

Developed by the original series' creator Ron Gilbert and the team at Terrible Toybox, this is an out-of-nowhere announcement that will have fans of classic point and click games grinning from ear to ear.

In this short teaser trailer we get a small taste of what the game will look like when it's released at some point in 2022, with the self-professed harbinger of doom Murray taking a dip in the ocean.
