Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion Shares Version 1.1.1 Patch Notes — New Bosses and Free Cosmetics

Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion is officially out as of last month, and developer Marvelous Inc. isn't done with supporting the title just yet. We've checked the title at length, either via our Twitch streams as our team jumped into it, through our GrinCast Podcast episode 433, or even Mike Crewe's review, which you can check out right here!

Launched on the 5th of September 2025, it's come out to mixed reception on Steam with a 64% on Steam user reviews and 69 and 65 on the PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch 2, respectively, on Metacritic. Still, this hasn't stopped the team from supporting the title, with the latest update — Version 1.1.1 — bringing in a slew of changes.

While this new version addresses some bugs, and adds some additions and adjustments, the main takeaway is the new bosses that have been added. Two new titanic foes await those who wish to challenge them: Lapis Lacrima RT: Ω and Cybele RT: Ω. This also comes in tandem with the permanent addition of the event boss, Zeruchroar, as part of the Rematch Simulator!

Also available with this latest patch are two free DLC that players can claim: the Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion - Free Formal Suit Outfit and the Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion - Free Axiom Researcher Outfit. This brings the total DLC count, according to the Steam store page, to 24, with 18 paid DLC and six free DLC. If math isn't mathing, the final one is the Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion - Deluxe Edition Content Map, which Steam uses to keep track of the Deluxe Edition items as per a recent change.

The free update is available now for players to check out! You can pick up Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Windows PC via Steam.
