Dealer's Life 2 Releases 56th Update Four Years After Release

Abyte Entertainment released Dealer's Life 2 back on the 15th of February 2022, which makes it pretty old in videogame terms. With four years under its belt, you wouldn't be blamed for assuming that the latest update was over three years ago, with most support cycles ending after just one year since launch.

And in assuming that, you'd be wrong.

On the 8th of July, the team released its 56th update, focusing on community feedback and the content that players want to see. It's great to see such dedication and passion from the developers, who have kept the game going with more items, collectibles, improvements, and even fixes to bugs.

The latest major content update was just a few months ago in March, with the team enjoying the 55th update with more items. Following suit, the 56th update (it still feels weird to write that) added the 35th item pack, bringing 13 brand-new items to the experience. These include some super rare collectibles for players to keep for their own collections.

While we didn't get a full list of what sort of items we can expect, we did get a look at the three that were announced in the news piece: an aircraft, helicopters, and tanks. We also got to hear about an Italian scooter that never goes out of style, titled the Blespa!

These are the additions in terms of content, but there were some minor changes as well. Notably, bugs preventing achievements from unlocking properly (a player-reported issue) and minor Korean localisation fixes; while neither of these is ground-breaking, it's amazing all the same to see updates coming so many years after a launch.
