Extra Life 2015 24 Hour Streaming Event Now On

Extra Life is a charity event which unites thousands of players around the world in a 24 hour gaming marathon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $14 million for local CMN hospitals and in 2015, they're running yet another event.

The idea is that streamers play for a full 24 hours in order to help raise money for poorly children, all the while soliciting donations for the worthy cause. There's some huge names from the gaming world involved including Alienware, Rooster Teeth, Giant Bomb, Geek and Sundry, Anne Munition and Wizards of the Coast.
