Four Classic Games from Bandai Namco Re-Released

This year marks the 35th Anniversary of Galaga. The 1981 shooter was one of the first of its kind and brought the genre a whole new lease of life, following on from and becoming just as iconic as Space Invaders. As part of their celebrations, Bandai Namco are re-releasing the game that started it all for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. But it's not just Galaga, they're also re-releasing three other games alongside it.

Galaga is being joined by Dig Dug, the game that sees you digging down to enemies and inflating them until they pop. A favourite of the arcades of old, the game hasn't been given a modern remake so this is the first we have seen of it in a while. Also due to be released is the hugely influential Pac-Man, a game that surely needs no explanation from us, and the sequel Ms. Pac-Man.

The re-releases are coming to current gen consoles and Steam on the 20th of April. This means that you will be able to play them all over again in just a few days. There's no word on support for things like achievements and Steam trading cards, but we can but hope.
