Future Games Show GC 2025: Gods, Death & Reapers

An “action-RPG with innovative extraction mechanics” sounds like it could describe a fair number of games. So before this world premiere trailer played at the Future Games Show, it probably didn’t fill too many people with excitement. But seeing the Grim Reaper himself scorching the blood vessels of what we can assume is probably a damned soul, before sending him out into the world to wreak havoc, probably did bring a bit more excitement to the table.

We’re treated to some alpha gameplay, with demons being killed, blood being spilt, and loot collected in abundance. Gods, Death & Reapers is coming to Steam for playtesting at some point in the future, and of course the trailer (that you can check out above, naturally) tells us to wishlist and sign up before the Early Access version arrives in 2026.
