The MIX indie 2025 showcase unveiled Rue Valley, a simplistic, isometric look into the tormented life of a so-far unnamed protagonist. Initially appearing somewhat gentle in nature, the trailer quickly descends into darker territory, showing therapy sessions, self-harm, and anger. Obviously, the theme relates to struggle, but how and where the story grows from there remains unknown. I think day-to-day is apt, considering what the trailer had to show us…
