Future Games Show GC 2025: RECUR

Time, as they say, moves so slowly. And time can mean so much. In RECUR, time means a fair bit less than it did to The Righteous Brothers et al. Your movement affects time itself, as your “post-apocalyptic postman” is able to manipulate it just with their movement, just like you can see in the swanky trailer shown above.

This puzzle platformer is coming to PC in 2026, with Steam Wish List additions available now. The new trailer shows just how badly our protagonist’s day went. He got chased by a dog, there was a traffic accident, and a train derailed on a bridge, presumably killing hundreds of people. You’re right; that did indeed escalate. Thankfully, he can undo this incredibly bad day, and we see him rewriting time to undo all the dreadful things. You don’t get that kind of service with Evri!
