Future Games Show GC 2025: Wild Blue

Wildblue was another newly-announced title that we saw our first glimpse of at the Future Games Show within gamescom. Described by our hosts as “a nostalgic on-rails shooter inspired by Starfox 64”, this is definitely one of those titles that wears its inspiration on its sleeve.

The trailer starts out very much like a Saturday morning cartoon with anthropomorphic animals jumping into their ships, and not even a hint that the action will let up from here. We only got about 60 seconds of trailer, so there’s not much to go on yet, but what we do have to go on looks utterly wonderful. Give it a look above, and get ready to roll in some kind of fashion akin to a whiskey transportation vessel when it comes to PC “soon”.
