gamescom Opening Night Live 2025: Absolum

Absolum developed by Guard Crush, Supamonks, and Dotemu, and published by Gamirror Games and Dotemu, received a trailer during the gamescom Opening Night Live 2025. Take control of a group of outcast heroes of Talamh as you fight against the Sun King Azra to reclaim the land!

The trailer shown off during the gamescom Opening Night Live gives us a bit of a cinematic look before jumping into gameplay elements. Absolum incorporated beat-’em-up gameplay alongside roguelite elements, and you’ll be able to gather your group of revels either via online co-op or shared splitscreen.

The gameplay is a perfect look at some of the heroes that you’ll be able to take control of, and it also culminates by giving us an official release date. Absolum is set to launch on the 9th of October 2025 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, the Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC via Steam.
