麻辣工作室 Spicy Games and Okasan's Recipe's upcoming Ghost Hunting Journal is an anime-style game where players take on the role of a pair of spirit agents. As people pass, and they ascend to heaven in search of reincarnation, some unruly souls are left in the living world, bound to Earth due to their unresolved circumstances.

This is where the Spirit Agents come into play, as players take on the role of Joe and Jolin to deal with the Spirit Remnant Residents that remain, dealing with myths and legends originating from Modern Chinese supernatural tales.

For those who are interested in the premise of Ghost Hunting Journal, there is some exciting news regarding its demo! While there's a playable showcase available right now for those who want to get hands-on as quickly as possible, the demo will be getting an expansion, showing off more content for players to enjoy!
