Ghost Recon: Wildlands' Season Pass Announced

Ubisoft's latest foray into the open-world genre has just gotten itself a Season Pass (surprise). Ghost Recon: Wildlands, the latest "tactical military" shooter bearing Tom Clancy's brand, has its post launch plan laid out.

Starting with a free 4v4 PvP update to the PvE cooperative game, the season pass contains two major expansions, along with faction-themed equipment as well as permanent and single-use XP boosters.

The first expansion, Narco Road, has players infiltrating a new gang of smugglers via crazy races and challenges to earn their infamous leader's trust and destroy them from the inside. The second expansion, Fallen Ghosts, sees the squad's chopper shot down during an evacuation, and the players will need to survive while being hunted by an elite group of ruthless mercenaries. New skills and weapons are promised to be unlocked.

The Season Pass also features a few exclusive missions, faction themed equipment packs such as new paint jobs and unique gun variants, and a exclusive rainbow-painted minivan. A permanent +5% XP booster for the player, along with a single-use two-hour XP booster of +50% XP for the player and +25% XP for other players in the session is also included, and Season Pass holders get one-week early access to the expansions.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is out on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on the 7th of March, 2017.

Fallen Ghosts has me excited. It will be different, hiding from people after you, instead of stalking the people you're after.

The Division's second expansion has the exact same premise: team gets shot down in a chopper and has to work together to survive while being hunted. Ubisoft managed to fuck that up severely well, so don't keep your hopes up for this version.

I'd just like to point out that this is the vehicle handling in this game which is, as the trailer shows, getting a racing DLC.
