Gotta Get Back in Time for Powerwash Simulator’s Back to the Future DLC Pack!

PowerWash Simulator has some of the weirdest set of collaborations in gaming since Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with SpongeBob SquarePants, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Tomb Raider, and even Warhammer 40k. But now, we can add Back to the Future to the list!

That’s right! Today, FuturLab and Square Enix Collective, in collaboration with Universal Games and Digital Platform, have revealed that an upcoming expansion to Powerwash Simulator will be based on the much-beloved Back to the Future trilogy and will faithfully recreate locations and props from the film into the game… although, mostly covered in grime, but that’s going to be your job, isn’t it? Head to Hill Valley and travel back to 1985, 1955, and 1885 and wash such things as the time-travelling Deloren, the Hill Valley clock tower, and even Doc’s Time Train!

Kirsty Rigden, Co-CEO of FuturLab, has said:

Back to the Future is a dream IP. This new collaboration gives us the opportunity to take our players somewhere completely unexpected… the past, future and present!”

The Back to the Future Special Pack will retail at $7.99/€7.99/£6.49 and will be released later this year on PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The pack will also include 10 new achievements to obtain. You can check it out at PAX West this week in Seattle from the 1st to the 4th of September 2023.

More details will be available soon so stay in 2023! God, the future in the film seemed a lot more fun…
