Lindsay Lohan Pulls the Trigger on GTA V Lawsuit

As we have reported before Lindsay Lohan is setting the attack lawyers on Rockstar because she believe's a random encounter NPC in Grand Theft Auto V is her. 

The original 10 page pleading has swelled to an eye watering 67 pages! Take-Two not only want the lawsuit dismissed, but demanded sanctions on grounds her claim is so legally without merit that it lacks any good-faith basis and can only have been filed for publicity purposes.

Law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP will be defending Take-Two against the suit, although considering that her lawyers took two attempts to spell her name correctly, we cannot exactly see that as taxing to the firm's legal eagles.
