LumenTale: Memories of Trey Has a Release Date; Watch the Trailer!

Developed by Beehive Studios and published by Team17, LumenTale: Memories of Trey is an upcoming creature-collecting title. As the protagonist, players will navigate a land full of mystical creatures while trying to recover all of their memories.

In LumenTale, the mystical creatures are called Animon, and players will be able to head off into the world to recruit them! There are around 140 of them and a total of 13 elemental types.

Players can use their Animon in 1v1 duels or 4v4 showdowns, where they can outsmart their opponents by using the strengths and weaknesses of the creatures to their advantage. As they level up, they will uncover more abilities and strategies! The battles can also be played against other players through PvP.

Those who like finishing in-game collections, LumenTale offers three ways to trade the Animon: via a Trade Station, directly with friends, or by connecting to the community.

Aside from battling and training, players will spend their time crafting items and cooking food. By feeding the creatures, they will help nurture them, and they can experiment with various ingredients!

Another way to strengthen the bonds between the player and the Animon is through the Anispace — a zone that is detached from the world. Here, players can decorate to their heart's content, bond with their creatures, and also train them for battle!

What sets LumenTale apart is its story-driven focus, where players will uncover a heartfelt storyline that happens parallel to the creature-collecting aspect. Players might recognise the team behind the game, which has brought Xenoverse: Per Aspera Ad Astra!
