An ad has been going around Japanese websites, according to NeoGaf, about Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's sales figures.
It roughly translates to basically what is in the headline:
3 Million units sold worldwide
This is inline with what Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes sold in the same timeframe, but given that this is Hideo Kojima's swansong, we can expect it to rise much higher.
