Mojang's Scrolls is Shutting Down for Good Next Week

Mojang, the developers behind Minecraft, had another little game by the name of Scrolls. Now though, the company has revealed it's shutting it down. 

Scrolls was last updated back in 2015, following an announcement that the end of the title was near but now the time has come. Revealed on the Scrolls website in a recent blog post, the game will be shutting down for good on 13th February. 

To see Scrolls off the game will be having a community tournament on 11th February, with more details via the Scrolls subreddit. Some of the Mojang developers will be playing the game on 9th February as well and the company hopes to let the community host their own game servers in the future.
