Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection Releases with Official Launch Trailers

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is finally about to come out, after a long wait time since its announcement back in August of 2025. Bolstering a higher graphical fidelity and deeper focus on the narrative, it's a change for Monster Hunter's spinoff series that has accrued a cult following.

Following the story of the countries Azuria and Vermeil, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection tells a story about a bad omen. Whilst at the brink of destruction, an untouched, frozen Rathalos egg — an extinct species — was found and hatched, which gave way to twin dragons bearing Skyscale markings, which had previously brought forth a disastrous civil war 200 years prior.

It's a darker story, though, according to Mike Crewe in his review, there's still plenty of enjoyable moments and laughs to be had, not entirely abandoning the light-hearted nature of the franchise. If you'd like to learn more, check out his review by following this link!
