Monster Hunter: World Gets New Elder Dragons Trailer and Game Details

Capcom have released a new trailer for Monster Hunter: World which shows off a number of moments including story, gameplay, cutscenes and elder dragons during detailed livestream.

The trailer was revealed during the recent Monster Hunter: World Winter livestream and features a number of new details. Firstly, the game will include login bonuses meaning players who login to play each day will be giving a small reward. Online lobbies were shown off as well and they include arm wrestling and guild cards. You will be able to do multiplayer matches with friends regardless of what lobby they are in.

As for the trailer, it shows off a number of different elements from the title including the elder dragon, Kushala Daora. Not only that but we get a taste of a new mother named Dodogama (a fanged wyvern). It is said to be “a rock-eating wyvern that possesses a unique saliva that causes rock to become explosive, a hazardous mix it will spit at its foes to warn off attackers.” Speaking of new monsters at the end of the trailer we get a look at the first free DLC to the game which will add the well-known monster: Deviljho.

In other news, the title will be hosting a another PlayStation 4 open beta between 18th January and 22nd January. This time around players will be able to undertake a fourth quest to hunt down Nergigante. PlayStation Plus won't be required to play the beta.
