Moonscars Adds Quality-of-Life Updates on Steam

Moonscars is a challenging 2D platform slasher where each time you die, you learn a new lesson. You play as the clayborne warrior, Grey Irma, as you face your foes and master new abilities. In this world, you need to search for the Sculptor to unravel the mystery of your existence. To do that, Black Mermaid and Humble Games have made some quality-of-life updates on Steam.

In the incoming patch, you'll find that they have added controller rebinding options and fixed some of the old input rebinding bugs. You'll also find that they have included Native Dualshock support which can be toggled in the menu.

The navigation map has undergone a complete overhaul, with markers added, and a few other fixes related to the map.

A new form of Dark Mirrors has been introduced. Now, only Corrupted Mirrors require sacrifice to be unlocked. There is also not a Dark Mirrors gland drop bonus, which now costs bone powder to replace glands.

Some enemy bugs have also been fixed, so they should no longer cause soft locks. Moonscars have also included lategame balancing, which also includes the boss, Lajos, and aspects of the Tutorial earlier in the game have also been improved.

There have been multiple other fixes, so there should be fewer locks or crashes when playing Moonscars. Having been launched in September, Moonscars is available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. You can also expect these same updates to roll out to consoles in the coming days and weeks.
