OddFauna : Secret of the Terrabeast Has a New Release Date

Developed and published by North Channel, OddFauna : Secret of the Terrabeast is an upcoming fully hand-crafted sandbox game with base building, farming, and creature collecting.

Everything players encounter in this sandbox adventure has been sculpted and painted by hand! This is one of the things that makes the upcoming title stand out in a world where AI seems to be taking over everything.

As Astor, players will experience what it feels like to live on top of a TerraBeast. This living world that carries them on its back can be nurtured by interacting with the world, such as by collecting fauna and flora. As players connect to their TerraBeast, it will grow even bigger. They can also mould it to what they want, carving out rivers, lakes, mountains, or even fields!

Other living and breathing creatures exist on the TerraBeast, and they're called OddFauna. By giving them their favourite treats and earning their trust, players can look forward to various rewards from them.

Players' choice will impact the OddFauna. They all have different likes, so the changes will impact what creatures are attracted.

Aside from unlocking recipes or items, OddFauna may also straight-up join the party! Many even have special skills that can be helpful.

OddFauna : Secret of the Terrabeastwas set to release in May, but the team released a statement recently. In it, they explain that they needed a tad more time to clear out some bugs and wrinkles to offer the best experience for players.

No need to worry, however: the game is still set to release pretty soon! OddFauna : Secret of the Terrabeast will launch on Steam's Early Access on the 2nd of June.
