Outbound's Release Date Has Been Delayed
Developed and published by Square Glade Games, Outbound is an upcoming base-building game with a twist: it's a van, and it works as the transport, home, and base of players. This cosy title offers various customisations to the vehicle, including engaging features like growing crops.
Recently, the team announced that the release date had to be pushed back for a bit. This is due to an issue that they discovered recently that could negatively impact players' experience; they had the following to say:
“We’ve had to make the difficult decision to delay Outbound to May 14th.
Late in the process, an issue has been identified that could negatively impact your enjoyment of the game.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to still guarantee a release across all platforms on the originally planned date. Please be assured that our team has worked extremely hard to address this and did everything possible to stay on schedule.”

Square Glade Games goes on to apologise once again and thank the community for their patience, stating that the demo will continue to be live as a thank-you gesture.
As mentioned above, the new release date for Outbound is the 14th of May! For the time being, feel free to enjoy the demo, which is available on Steam.
Outbound will release on Steam, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
