Ratchet and Clank Release Dated

Since Naughty Dog stopped producing Crash Bandicoot, Lombax and Robot duo Ratchet and Clank have taken the crown as unofficial Playstation mascots. The paid have been intensely popular since the PlayStation 2 days and their first PS4 release is imminent.

The new game is a remake of a remake. The story of the first game is being made into a movie, due for release on 29th April. Prior to that however, comes the new game, which is based on the film. Told from the viewpoint of Captain Qwark, it's a retelling of events from a somewhat altered standpoint. 

The new title features modern Ratchet & Clank controls, new planets, new and improved gameplay, all-new boss fights, new flight sequences and more. Insomniac showed off the new graphical engine for the game at the PlayStation Experience event last month and now the game is nearly ready for release.
