Rogue Eclipse Announces Release Date in New Announcement Trailer

HUSKRAFTS and publisher Outersloth have been working on Rogue Eclipse, a high-fidelity spaceship combat game where players take on the role of pilots and put their skills to the test. It's a wide-spanning shooter, with each of the videos and images showing some epic shooting sequences that look like a modern-age StarFox game, if it took place in a more serious universe.

The trailer gives us a look at what sort of combat we can expect to undertake, with 3D fighting taken to a whole new level and accounting for vertical as well as horizontal battles. It's a short, 55-second video that showcases the gameplay and the sort of hectic battles, alongside some of the different starfighters that players will be able to use, with the customisation feature.

The trailer also gives us a look at the upcoming release date! Rogue Eclipse was announced back in 2024, so it's exciting to hear that the release date will be taking place on the 7th of August 2026.
