Star Wars: The Old Republic, An Update Of What To Expect In The Closing Months Of 2024

In a letter to the fanbase, executive producer, Keith Kanneg, has addressed what players should expect to see from STAR WARS: The Old Republic in Q3 of 2024 and beyond. This includes both updates 7.5.1 and 7.6.

Update 7.5.1 launched on the 20th of August, bringing with it Galactic Seasons 7 "The Greatest Bounty". From it, players will see:

• Access to a bounty hunter-themed Bounty Contracts in-game event, which will run for the entirety of GS7, and features the return of 16 Dark vs Light world bosses.
• Two new (and repeatable) weekly Date missions with Republic Trooper companion: Aric Jorgan, and Sith Warrior companion: Vette.
• New outfits in the Cartel Market. The Deadly Outcast, being one of them, with armour and weapons inspired by other Star Wars properties and made in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.
• Rewards for participation in Twitch streams.
• And the new purchasable Master the Fight: Firebolt Edition bundle, which includes a whole bunch of goodies for purchase.

The game also saw bug fixes in September, and Keith closed the letter with news regarding a native Mac launcher for the game.
