Stardew Valley Update Will Speed Up the Nintendo Switch Version
The recent release of Stardew Valley on Nintendo Switch has been suffering with some rather long save times. Thankfully, an update is coming to address the issue.
In the current version of the game the typical save times are about 25 seconds which is somewhat long. In a tweet published by publisher Chucklefish LTD, the new and improved save time is shown off against the old time.

As you can see, the saving time is now shorter meaning players won't have to wait around as much. That said, it's not super fast but it's better then no improvement at all. The coming update will also target a number of bugs and address some other performance issues and sound crackling. There is still not word on when the update will be released but it's good to see progress on it.
Stardrew Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
