The Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition has begun. From 18-23 March, a selection of 40+ demos for new and unreleased indie games will be available to play for free on Steam. Studios who missed out on valuable showcases like Indie MEGABOOTH, Day of the Devs and THE MIX this year, due to Coronavirus-related disruption, will finally be given a chance to make their projects known to the public.
Last year's event, which ran alongside The Game Awards, featured 14 games. With 40 games, this year is a marked step-up and a clear indicator that digital events are set to rapidly replace their physical counterparts.
Players looking to check out the event and its array of upcoming indie titles will find it here.
The Steam Game Festival will be held on Steam from 18-23rd March. Access will be free for all Steam users.
