The MIX Fall Game Showcase 2025:  Yooka-Replaylee

Playtonic’s original Yooka-Laylee was a love letter to the Nintendo 64 era of collectathon titles, featuring the titular duo on the hunt for Pagies and thwarting the nasty Capital B. However, the release was met with a mixed reception. Now, with the re-emergence of genre alumni, Playtonic have thrown its hat in again with a newer, shinier definitive edition, Yooka-Replaylee.

At its heart, the game is still the same adventure released in 2017, only now it has a shiny coat of HD paint! Featuring an overhaul on the performance and resolution, the duo have never moved this smoothly. Additionally, for old veterans of the game, there are all new challenges, secrets, and mechanics to discover. Yooka-Replaylee also features enhanced accessibility for enhanced enjoyment!

Yooka-Replaylee is set to launch on the 9th of October 2025.
