Trash Goblin Reveals 2026 Roadmap
Developed and published by Spilt Milk Studios Ltd, Trash Goblin is a cosy shopkeeping title where players uncover, clean, upcycle, and sell all sorts of trinkets! Our writer had a blast with it, so if you'd like to learn more in-depth information about subjects such as gameplay, you can find his review here!
On a recent Steam post, the team celebrated their successful Kickstarter for their merchandise store and revealed more information about what the community can expect throughout this year. While a lot of it is behind secret announcements, we did get a glimpse of the new and upcoming content!
First, a quick overview for those who don't need too many details:
- Update 1.4 is live now (which includes new trinkets).
- Two secret projects: an announcement and release can be expected in March.
- Another two secret announcements can be expected during April.
- The new in-game plushie will be available in April.
- Update 1.5 will be revealed in April.
- Three secret releases can be expected in May.
- More information about the Maker's Fortune.
While we don't know much about the details, more information will be revealed at a later date. What we do know is that 1.4 is set to release sometime next week, and it adds new trinkets, quests, and localisation for Asian languages (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese)! This, of course, is among quality-of-life updates and bug fixes.
The update will mark the completion of Trash Goblin's Kickstarter promises!
If you'd like to try the game, at the time of writing, there's a demo available on Steam! Trash Goblin is out now.
