Trash Goblin's 1.4 Update is Out! Watch the Trailer & Learn More

Spilt Milk Studios Ltd, the developer and publisher of the wholesome and cosy shopkeeping simulator, Trash Goblin, just released their latest content update to the game, called New Horizons! Before we move on, if you'd like to know what our writer thought about the game, you can find our review here!

Without further ado, let's unpack everything the fourth major update adds to the game!

Starting off, localisation for Asian languages has been added; this means Trash Goblin is available for Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Thai! No need to worry if you've finished the game already, either, as update 1.4 adds tons more content to come back to.

There are 14 new quests to look forward to, and they include returning characters, such as Aimon, Hortensius Bandersnatch V, Madame Beaufort, and the beloved Mushromeo. Alongside the new quests are a whopping 36 new Trinkets and six more Steam achievements!

To keep the goblin's house up to date with the new fun, Spilt Milk Studios Ltd also added a New Horizons cosmetic set. Players can look forward to sprucing up their areas once more!

Andrew Smith, Creative Director at Spilt Milk Studios, said the following:

The Trash Goblin community has been so kind to us and we want to keep the good trash coming with this free update offering several hours of new content to tinker with. We're delighted to say with this update the Kickstarter vision - and its various rewards - are all complete! It's a momentous occasion only made more incredible knowing that we finally have Asian localization and that all the would-be goblins around the world looking for their next relaxing, cozy game are well-served!

The update is live now! If you're a newcomer, there's also a demo available for you to try out the game.

Trash Goblin is available now on Steam!
