Twitch Streamers' Steam Accounts Hacked, Exploit Quickly Fixed
Twitch users were locked out of their own Steam accounts, when an exploit that allowed password resets was shown to viewers.
Apparently, it all started when Twitch streamer Sodapoppin accidentally showed the exploit to his 30,000 viewers. He quickly took it down, but apparently not before several people took note of it and began taking down streamers.

Some users are back to streaming, but apparently the exploit involved accounts not having Steamguard enabled. It has been fixed, according to sources.
So there is no leak from Steam, no big exploit to use (anymore), and no need to change your passwords. Because, remember, if you change your password you are unable to trade for five days.

Really? Shouldn't have, according to Steam's FAQ. Recent Password Reset If you reset your password, you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for seven days. If your account has not had any activity for more than two months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account. Note that this does not affect password changes, only password resets. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-EDFM-2932
