[UPDATED] More Batman: Arkham Knight PC Woes

UPDATE:

Warner Bros. have made an announcement on the Steam community page that an interim patch will be released in August. The patch is expected to address many of the issues listed in their June update.  Warner Bros. will provide more details as they finalise the patch in the coming weeks.

Let hope they keep their promise and get this mess of a game fixed.

ORIGINAL:

An internal Warner Bros. email has been leaked and was sent to Kotaku Australia that claims that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight won't be fixed until Spring.

The email originally sent to EB Games staff requested that all PC copies to be returned to their supplier as the game is far from being fixed. Earlier Warner Bros. stopped the sale of the digital version on Steam, so it was expected to be the same for retail copies.

Warner Bros., developers Rocksteady and team behind the PC version, Iron Galaxy, are working hard to bring the PC version to a high standard of quality, they have stated that the fixes will be "significant" and would "take some time", but PC gamers didn't expect to be waiting months after release for the fixes.

So far, the only patch released fixed the missing rain effects and ambient occlusion and few crashes, but many issues still remain.

Multiple sources have tried contacting Warner Bros. in regards but they have declined to comment on the situation. Hopefully, we'll get some information soon, whether it be from Warner Bros. or developer Rocksteady.
