Weekly Top Paid Games on Steam (27th of April to 3rd of May 2026)

With our Top Paid article series, we like to take a look at all of the top sellers of the week, excluding a few categories. We're looking for the top titles getting new adopters who are spending actual money to get into the experiences, better reflecting new arrivals, so we remove free-to-play titles and games with microtransactions.

Although we have a firm stance against games with AI content, we still include titles with this technology. This is a great way to showcase which games are getting new visitors, and we want to better track how every game is doing — the top of the top on Steam. For this reason, we are putting aside our own dislike of the technology, though we're still adding an extra bullet-point item to inform our readers who don't care for it, either.
