Weekly Top Trending Games on Steam (20th–26th of July 2026)

Every week, we check out all of the top 20 trending games on Steam. We gauge this by their new Follower count, letting us know what sort of titles are getting player attention, all the while including pre-release games.

Despite our stance against AI-generation in gaming, we're including games that use the technology to best reflect the industry's whims. While we don't like it, we think it's an important part of keeping track of what is the top of the top on the storefront, so we're adding them as part of that transparency. However, we are including an additional bullet-point item to inform our readers who aren't interested in engaging with it.
