Blizzcon17: Kobolds and Catacombs Announced for Hearthstone

Announced at Blizzcon 2017 is the latest expansion for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft dubbed Kobolds and Catacombs. 

The new expansion takes players back to the roots of fantasy in what is throwback to the roleplaying days of old. The expansion will bring with it plenty of new cards including Marin the Fox who will be available to anyone who logs in from next week which is nice. A new hunter spell, Crushing Walls, that will destroy the left and right most minion on the opponents side of the table was also revealed. 

Not only that but a new single-player mode mode called Dungeon Run where players will have to defeat eight random bosses, earning new cards as they go but face a complete restart if they lose a battle. This single-player mode is set to be released for free when the expansion drops. It is unclear if you can earn cards for your collection from this mode at this time. 

Hearthstone: Kobolds and Catacombs is set to release sometime next month.
