Dune: Awakening is Free to Try Out for a Limited Time

Dune: Awakening is an MMO survival RPG inspired by Funcom that offers the story and world of Frank Herbert’s book series and Denis Villeneuve and Legendary Entertainment’s movies. In it, players get to experience living in the hostile world, including the terrifying sand worms and the Spice.

The title, which released back in June 2025, has also recently received a free major update that adds a new story and a new paid DLC. To top it all off, it's at a 10% discount for the first time ever!

This, paired up with the nearly 40,000 reviews on Steam at the time of writing, indicates it's a great time to jump and try it out first-hand... and you can do so until the 15th of September!
