Hugh Laurie Joins Cast of LittleBigPlanet 3

LittleBigPlanet 3 is having something of a mini British Invasion into its casting, as the developers have revealed that actor Hugh Laurie (of House and Jeeves & Wooster fame) and Stephen Fry will be voicing the game's villain and narrator respectively.

Named Newton, Laurie's lightbulb-headed dimwit quickly turns out to be the game's main villain. Sackboy--along with three new "sack-personages" Oddsock, Swoop and Big/Little Toggle--must stop Newton and three titans unwittingly released by the player from destroying the new planet of Bunkum.

LittleBigPlanet 3 will be the first in the series to be fully voice-acted; other confirmed cast members include Tara Strong, Nolan North, Peter Serafinowicz, and Simon Greenall. 

The game will hit PlayStation 3 and 4 November 19 for the EU, and on the 18th for North America.
