Red Dead Redemption Possibly Headed to PC

Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar Games' Western adventure has been out for a while now and for as long as it's been out there have been demands that the developers should bring it to PC with multiple petitions put forward and the game appearing on many people's lists of most desired PC ports.

It seems that PC gamers may be getting their wish as the game has recently received a rating on the Windows 8.1 Compatibility Guide website, which would suggest that work has been done to get the game running on computers running Windows 8.

This follows a job advertisement from Rockstar Leeds in June last year looking for staff members to work on PC ports of console games.

Red Dead Redemption has received a lot of attention from upset PC gamers, but not as much as the more recent Grand Theft Auto V. Could it be that this is a sign that Rockstar will be making more efforts in future to bring console titles to Windows? We'll have to wait and see.
