Development Spotlight: Spinch

Development Spotlight is designed to raise awareness of games that are in development, the studio behind them, and updates to titles that are still in production or early access.

From the developers that brought us Onion Force, Queen Bee Games Inc are working on their psychedelic fever dream that is, Spinch. The story revolves around Spinch, an egg-like creature, who has set out on a quest to rescue its offspring. Despite its appearance, Spinch is incredibly agile and will have players performing leaps of faith and dashing past the colourful monstrosities that inhabit of the world.

Queen Bee Games is an independent Canadian based studio that was created by husband and wife team, Kathleen Cassidy and Steven Cassidy. The team like to experiment with unconventional art styles and Spinch is a perfect example of the unconventional.

Spinch will be available Summer 2018 on Steam, other platforms are yet to be announced.
