The MIX Fall Game Showcase 2025: Midnight Horde

The MIX indie 2025 autumn showcase unveiled Midnight Horde, a pixilated bullet hell horde slayer, clearly inspired by Vampire Survivors. However, it looks like Bloodborne threw up all over it! Then again, too much of two good things cannot be bad, I’m sure.

There isn’t a great deal on show in the trailer, besides a few snippets of gameplay, but what is there seems frantic, fast, and fun: hop across gothic rooftops and church spires obliterating monsties in the millions, and get upgrades in a manner (once again) very reminiscent of Vampire Survivors.
