Alterborn is a third-person survival action game coming from the Polish studio, Iron Lung. Full of dark humour that draws inspiration from multiple genres such as soulslike, roguelite, looter shooter, and more. Mix in a plethora of arcade abilities, and unspeakable mayhem and fun await.

The game invites you to undertake a dangerous journey, roaming the vast and bizarre wasteland as you attempt to unravel the mystery of this universe. As one of the last survivors that eluded death, you're inevitably plagued and ultimately changed and must venture to the very heart of the curse that altered you.

Explore hand crafted levels that mix in procedurally generated content. Watch as your surroundings change in real-time. Your actions do matter and will impact the world around you, experiences will change with every attempt you make. Adjust the challenge with gameplay mechanics rather than an artificial slider. Every progression system requires meaningful yet difficult decisions.
