Deathsmiles Getting a Steam Release

With more bullets than an Arnie movie and a near vertical difficulty curve, Deathsmiles is generally seen as one of the most highly regarded shooters in the "bullet hell" sub-genre. With the need for split second timing and pixel-perfect accuracy, these games are seen as the preserve of serious schmup fans only due to their intensely tricky nature.

The game was originally released as an arcade game in Japan in 2007, with an Xbox 360 release following two years after and then a version for iOS and Android more recently. The latest version to be released will be for Steam on the 10th March this year. The game supports six different game modes, including the infamous Black Label mode, which was an extended version limited to 150 arcade cabinets only. It'll be available on 10th of March with a 20% launch discount.
