DIRT 5 Receives Racing Wheel Support and More in 2.0 Update

Version 2.0 is out now for Codemasters' latest racing title DIRT 5. In addition to an array of bugfixes, visual tweaks, improved online matchmaking and stability improvements, the update adds a long-awaited feature: racing wheel support. It's available to download now on PC, with console versions coming in the following days.

Codemasters claims that most modern racing wheels should be supported. Furthermore, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One racing wheels should work on their respective current-gen consoles.

Additionally, the update comes alongside a free content pack on all platforms: Snow Limits. Included in the content pack are new Playgrounds items, liveries, a new Ice Breaker circuit, Christmas-themed customisation items and the option for snowy conditions in Playgrounds. Check out the new content in the Snow Limits trailer above.

Version 2.0, including the Snow Limits content pack, is available now for DIRT 5 on PC. PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox X|S versions of the update will release in the coming days.
